ITALY - Yesterday's Training

06.03.02 - ATALANTA TRAINING - The Atalanta squad took part in a small 'in-house' friendly game this afternoon, where Rossini and Zenoni both participated. Doni kept himself to a seperate training regime, he's disqualified from Sunday's game with Lecce. Pinardi is likely to replace Doni, Zauri should replace the disqualified Berretta. On Thursday afternoon the squad will retire to their training camp in order to prepare for Sunday's game.

06.03.02 - BOLOGNA TRAINING - All eyes are on tomorrow's friendly game against Castel San Pietro where Beppe Signori will undergo his final test before hopefully being allowed back to the Bologna starting line-up.

06.03.02 - BRESCIA TRAINING - The Brescia squad undertook a double training session behjind closed doors today, working in the gym at Erbusco in the morning before moving to Coccaglio in the afternoon. Petruzzi, Caracciolo, Guana and Emanuele Filippini all appear to have recovered from their respective oilments and all four players are available for selection for Sunday's game. Binotto missed this afternoon's training in order to attend the funeral of Jason Mayele, his former team-mate at Chievo, who died in a car crash on Saturday morning. There's a friendly game against the Primavera squad planned for Thursday afternoon.

06.03.02 - CHIEVO TRAINING - The Chievo squad took a training session at Veronello this morning before attending the funeral of Jason Mayele this afternoon. There's a double training session planned for tomorrow, where a friendly game against the Primavera squad is also planned.

06.03.02 - FIORENTINA TRAINING - The Viola squad took a double training session today, though this morning's session only lasted one hour. This afternoon's session comprised of technical exercises.

06.03.02 - INTER TRAINING - The Inter squad turned up for training early this morning as they prepare for Saturday's game with Juventus. The squad took part in an eleven-a-side practice match, Emre, Dalmat and Farinos all took part in the game and all three players appear to have recoverd from their ailments. Recoba demonstrated that he 100% fit again.

06.03.02 - LAZIO TRAINING - For next Sunday's game Zaccheroni looks likely to keep to the same team that started last Sunday's game against Venezia.

06.03.02 - LECCE TRAINING - Popescu returned to full training with the rest of the squad today and took part in a small practice match, he appears to be fully fit. Chevanton is still suffering from some pain in his left leg. Cimirotic was allowed to rest, though this was just as a precautionary measure. The Lecce squad will take a double training session on Thursday, with training at Calimera in the morning and a friendly game against the amateurs of Martano in the afternoon.

06.03.02 - MILAN TRAINING - Billy Costacurta appears to have recovered from his injury and is available for selection for the Bologna game. Serginho and Helveg both kept to seperate training regimes from the other squad members as they recover from their injuries.

06.03.02 - PARMA TRAINING - The Parma squad took a double training session today. Appiah missed today's session after complaining of a bad back. Marchionni missed the session due to an attack of 'flu. Bolano and Marco Di Vaio both kept themselves to seperate training programmes after suffering from some 'flu symptoms. There's a friendly game against a team of local amateurs planned for Thursday afternoon.

06.03.02 - PERUGIA TRAINING - Giovanni Tedesco returned to the squad today following a lightening visit to Sicily, he'll be in the starting eleven for Sunday's game with Piacenza, where Cosmi will probably use the same starting eleven that beat Torino on Sunday. Rezaei kept himself to a seperate training programme from the other today but he seems sure to play in tomorrow's friendly game.

06.03.02 - PIACENZA TRAINING - Boselli missed today's training session , stil suffering with his knee injury, Volpi was also missing following an attack of 'flu, though he's expected to recover in time for Sunday's clash with Perugia.

06.03.02 - ROMA TRAINING - Emerson is still suffering from his foot injury and he's only been able to take part in some training, but his place in the starting eleven for Sunday's derby game with Lazio isn't in doubt. The game is already Sold Out.

06.03.02 - TORINO TRAINING - Lucarelli and Delli Carri both missed today's training session after suffering from high temperatures, their respective conditions wil be assessed on Thursday. Paoletti, Torino's third choice goalkeeper, has picked up an injury to his left wrist.

06.03.02 - UDINESE TRAINING - Udinese will play a friendly game against Rivignano on Thursday afternoon, where the condition of Di Michele will be assessed. Sosa is expected to play in tomorrow's friendly after missing the last three months of the Championship. Jorgensen, Gargo and Iaquinta will miss the game.

06.03.02 - VENEZIA TRAINING - Magallanes and Rossi both returned to training today, as did Conteh and Bressan. Rukavina continued to undertake physiotherpy treatment today, his condition will be re-evaluated on Thursday and it's hoped that he'll be able to return to training with the rest of the squad. There's a friendly game against the Primavera squad planned for tomorrow afternoon .

06.03.02 - VERONA TRAINING - Verona have a friendly game planned for tomorrow afternoon but Dainelli will be missing, he's still sufffering from a swollen knee. Cossato is suffering from an attack of the 'flu. Camoranesi and Seric both continued to train alone today, they both have live chances of being available for Sunday's clash with Parma.
