ITALY - Yesterday's Training

07.02.02 - ATALANTA TRAINING - Ousmane Dabo took part in today's practice match but remains 'doubtful' for Sunday's derby game with Brescia. He should be back in time for the following Week 23 game with AC Milan. Orlandini is also expected to be fit again in time for this match. Taibi, Foglio and Bellini all trained regularly with the other members of the Atalanta squad today but Zenoni, Rossini and Cavalli are still training seperately.

07.02.02 - BOLOGNA TRAINING - Beppe Signori scored a goal in today's practice match but he's still a doubt to make the starting line-up for Sunday's game. Though he looks certain to at least start on the bench. Bologna won the 'match 5-1, Nervo and Cruz scored once each with Bellucci scoring twice. Julio Cruz had to leave the field after picking up a slight injury. Locatelli only took part in some of today's training session.

07.02.02 - CHIEVO TRAINING - The Chievo players took part in a practice match during today's training session, Del Neri has a full squad available for Saturday's game with Udinese.

07.02.02 - FIORENTINA TRAINING - Fiorentina beat the Austrian side Kaerten 2-0 in today's friendly game with Benin and Ganz scoring the goals. Bianchi has some injury problems for Sunday's game. Adani, Baronio, Rossi and Tarozzi are all unavailable, though Di Livio and Adriano have recovered from slight injuries and will make the starting eleven.

07.02.02 - INTER TRAINING - Luigi Di Biagio complained of some back troubles today and missed training, Dalmat, Okan and Padalino were also missing. Recoba trained alone today, completing some athletic exercises and some practice with the football, there's every chance that he'll be available for Sunday's game against Bologna.

07.02.02 - JUVENTUS TRAINING - Those players who took part in Wednesday's game undertook a seperate training programme from the others today. Conte only trained in the gym but his place for Sunday's game isn't in doubt. Zenoni will miss the game as he's suffering from 'flu.

07.02.02 - LAZIO TRAINING - The Lazio squad took part in an 'in-house' practice match today with Hernan Crespo taking part. Peruzzi missed the 'game' after experiencing some muscle trouble but he will be in the starting eleven for Sunday's game. Inzaghi took part in some training but is extremely doubtful for Sunday. Fiore is also out.

07.02.02 - LECCE TRAINING - The Lecce squad held a small practice match during training today, in the first half Chevanton scored twice with Vugrinec and Tonetto adding the others. Pellicori scored twice in the second half with Malusci adding another. There's another training session planned for Friday afternoon. Pellicori has been called up to the Italian Under-21 squad for their game against Holland on February 13th.

07.02.02 - MILAN TRAINING - The Milan squad took part in another training session today. Chamot complained of some muscle trouble which forced him to stop training, he's doubtful for Sunday's game with Perugia. Helveg trained with the others today but he doesn't look ready to return to the starting eleven, Roque Junior looks likely to take his place. Rui Costa is doubtful for Sunday's game as he's still suffering from some pain in his injured foot.

07.02.02 - PERUGIA TRAINING - Perugia won today's friendly game 8-0, with Bazzani scoring four goals, Samuel, Samereh, Hilario and Berretoni adding the others. Di Loreto mised the game as he's suffering from some 'flu symptoms so he was given the day off in order to rest. Tedesco and O'Neill were also missing.

07.02.02 - PIACENZA TRAINING - Di Francesco scored in today's friendly game with their Primavera squad, which they won 2-0. Poggi was given the day off from traiinng for 'family' reasons, Sacchetti missed the game through injury, he isn't available for the Torino match.

07.02.02 - ROMA TRAINING - Cafu kept himself to a seperate training regime from the other members of the Roma squad today, he remains very doubtful for Sunday evening's game with Juventus. Assuncao also trained seperately but he appears to be recovering well. Pelizzoli returned to training with the others after picking up a leg injury on Wednesday.

07.02.02 - TORINO TRAINING - Franco and Mezzano both trained today and are available for Sunday's game with Piacenza. There's another training session planned for Friday afternoon.

07.02.02 - UDINESE TRAINING - Syiabonga Nomvete has returned to Udinese after his participation in the African Nations Cup, he took part in a training session this afternoon. Gargo and Sottil are both still doubtful for Saturday's game with Chievo but Manfredini has every chance of making a speedy recovery. There's another training session planned for Friday morning.

07.02.02 - VENEZIA TRAINING - Venezia won today's friendly against the Primavera team 3-1. Rossi, Donnet, Garcia, Bettarini and Budan all played for the Primavera team. Bressan returned to training today but limited himself to some running exercises. Rukavina won't be called up to Sunday's squad, he missed training but did undergo some physiotherapy. Maniero, De Franceschi and Bilica all trained seperately today.

07.02.02 - VERONA TRAINING - The Verona squad took part in a small practice match with their Primavera squad today where Mutu and Gilardino both shone. Leonardo Colucci and Camoranesi have both resumed training. Teodaorani trained seperately today, he'll miss Sunday's game. Salvetti has an injury to his right thigh, he'll also miss Sunday's game.
