  ITALY - Sunday's Game

  10.03.02 - LAZIO 1-5 ROMA - There were incredible scenes at the Stadio Olimpico tonight as Roma moved back to the top of Serie-A with a 5-1 thrashing of Lazio. Vincenzo Montella surprisingly started the game and scored a first half hat -trick to put his side 3-0 up. Lazio got one back before 'the little aeroplane' added his fourth.   09.03.02 - INTER 2-2 JUVENTUS - A hard fought Italian derby swung to and fro and ended level as Clarence Seedorf's injury time goal levelled the scores at 2-2. Seedorf had given earlier given Inter the lead before David Trezeguet's equaliser. Juve looked to have stolen the points when Igor Tudor headed home Pavel Nedved's corner in the dying minutes......Live Match .....Details

  ITALY - Saturday's Training

  09.03.02 ATALANTA TRAINING - Zauri will replace Berretta for tomorrow's game with Lecce following last week's suspension. Alex Pinardi will replace the disqualified Cristiano Doni. Both Zenoni and Rossini will be on the substitutes bench. Pinato missed Saturday's training after complaining of a back problem, he'll undergo a late fitness test.

  09.03.02 BOLOGNA TRAINING - Gamberini suffered some muscle problems during this morning's training session, he'll be forced to miss Sunday's clash with Milan. His place on the bench is likely to be taken by either Della Rocca or Goretti. Guidolin has still to decide between using either a 3-4-2-1 formation or a 3-5-2.

  09.03.02 BRESCIA TRAINING - Petruzi has fully recovered from his injury problems and is a likely starter in Sunday's game withVenezia. Stankevecius will go on the subs bench. Salgado is a prefered starter to Igli Tare in atttack.

  09.03.02 CHIEVO TRAINING - Rinaldi underwent a scan on his injured left knee and it has revealed no ligament damage, he'll be able to return to training within the next few days.

  09.03.02 FIORENTINA TRAINING - Nuno Gomes missed today's training session and he'll miss Sunday's game withUdinese. Sandro Cois is in the squad and is a likely starter.

  09.03.02 LAZIO TRAINING - Fernando Couto trained alone again today but he's now expected to be in the starting line-up for tomorrow's clash with Roma. Gottardi and Lucas Castroman are both fully fit again and are available for selection. Negro and Favalli have both returned to full training but neither player will be available for selection again until next week.

  09.03.02 LECCE TRAINING - Chevanton took part in today's training session but he remains 'doubtful' for Sunday's game with Atalanta. Giacomazzi looks to be his likely replacement, playing alongside Davor Vugrinec. Popescu is ready to return to the starting eleven, Stovini will replace the disqualified Savino. The young Argentine player Ledisma is expected to replace the disqualified Piangarelli.

  09.03.02 MILAN TRAINING - Jose Antonio Chamot is suffering from a high temperature and his place on the left side of defence looks likely to be taken by Kaka Kaladze. Andrei Shevchenko has picked up an injury and he'll miss Sunday's game with Bologna , Marco Simone is likely to partner Jose Mari up front. Brocchi is likely to play in midfield.

  09.03.02 PARMA TRAINING - Sebastien Frey is still suffeering from some pain in his left knee and he'll miss Sunday's game with Verona. Stephan Appiah has returned to full training with the rest of the squad but he won't make the trip to Verona. Boghossian and Almeyda are both expected to return to the starting eleven.

  09.03.02 PERUGIA TRAINING - Perugia had a full squad at today's training session with Giovanni Tedesco returning to the ranks, he should be in the starting eleven for Sunday's game. Sogliano is still suffering from some pain in his ankle but he's likely to go on the subs bench.

  09.03.02 PIACENZA TRAINING - Boselli, Sommese and Statuto haven't been included in the squad for Sunday's game with Perugia. Gautieri looks likley to replace the Sommese after serving his suspension. Sacchetti is also likley to return to the starting line-up. Mora and Tosto are competing for the one available place on the left flank.

  09.03.02 ROMA TRAINING - Capello has a full squad available for selection for Sunday night's Rome derby. Emerson is still feeling some pain in his foot but is available for selection. Batistuta and Delvecchio arel ikely starters up-front.

  09.03.02 TORINO TRAINING - De Ascentis is likely to return to the starting eleven for Sunday's game with Lucarelli and Maspero also likely starters. Scarchilli and Franco aren't available though both players are expected to be fully fit for next week's game.

  09.03.02 UDINESE TRAINING - Marcos Paulo is expected to replace the disqualified Pinzi for Sunday's game with Fiorentina. Martinez is a likely starter, with Nomvete on the subs bench. Di Michele and Muzzi are likely to be employed as 'twin strikers'. Pieri should be on the left flank. De Sanctis appears to have recovered from his injury and could now go on the bench.

  09.03.02 VENEZIA TRAINING - Bettarini has been included in the squad for today's game but remains a 'doubtful' starter as he's still carrying a calf injury. He faces a late fitness test, with Cvitanovic waiting in the wings to take his place. Magni has Bressan and Andersson as likely starters in midfield with Pablo Garcia and Valtolina on the bench.

  09.03.02 VERONA TRAINING - Teodorani has been confirmed as Zanchi's replacement for Sunday's game with Parma, leaving Dainelli on the bench after Dainelli picked up a slight injury during training. Melis is likely to be in the starting eleven as Seric is still unavailable after picking up an injury playing for the Croatian national side. Malesani is expected to keep to 3-4-3 with Camoranesi joining Frick and Mutu up-front.
