ITALY - Yesterday's Training

12.02.02 - ATALANTA TRAINING - Ousmane Dabo returned to training with the rest of the Atalanta squad today, for the first time in over a month. Adrian Madaschi has returned to Atalanta following his loan spell with Monza and he also trained today. Rossini and Zenoni trained seperately from the others and concentrated mainly on running exercises, Comandini missed today's session after complaining of fatigue. Doni is away on international duty with the Azzuri squad.

12.02.02 - BOLOGNA TRAINING - Beppe Signori trained with the rest of the squad today and Guidolin is hopeful that he'll be available for Sunday's game against Udinese. Locatelli has a slight injury and could only take part in some of today's session. There's a friendly game planned for Thursday against the Danish side Odense, Kick-Off 2.00 p.m U.K Time, at the Casteldebole training ground.

12.02.02 - BRESCIA TRAINING - Petruzzi has recovered from his injury and the entire squad is at Mazzone's disposal with the exception of Roberto Baggio. There's a double training session planned for tomorrow.

12.02.02 - CHIEVO TRAINING - The Chievo squad returned to training this afternoon in order to prepare for Sunday evening's game with Lazio. Eriberto will be missing as his injury will keep him out for the next 10-days. Lupatelli did take part in some of today's exercises, he looks ready to be available for Sunday's game. There's a double training session planned for Wednesday and the squad will leave for Rome on Thursday.

12.02.02 - FIORENTINA TRAINING - The Fiorentina squad only trained for one hour today. Sandro Cois looks to have made a complete recovery and is available for Saturday afternoon's game against Juventus. Vanoli is still out injured. Baronio and Agostini took part in some exercises.

12.02.02 - INTER TRAINING - The Inter squad returned to training today with only 11 players present. They took part in some athletic exercises and then a small 'in-house' practice match. Emre has had to travel with the Turkish national squad despite missing last Sunday's game through injury. He'll be looked at by the Turkish team doctor and is expected back in Milan on Thursday. Toldo, Materazzi, Zanetti and Vieri are all with the Azzuri squad, Sorondo, Simic, Vivas and Conceicao are with their respective national squads. Gresko and Okan are laid up in the Inter infermary. Recoba took part in some light exercises, as did Dalmat and Padalino.

12.02.02 - JUVENTUS TRAINING - Zenoni has fully recovered from his bout of 'flu and is available for selection again. Amoruso is steadily recovering from the toe injury that has kept him out of action for the last month. Juventus have laid on a private jet to bring their Azzuri international players back from Sicily after tomorrow night's international friendly with the USA.

12.02.02 - LAZIO TRAINING - Simone Inzaghi retuned to training with the rest of the Lazio squad today. Fiore only took part in some of the exercises but he has a chance of being available for Sunday night's game with Chievo. Diego Simeone has returned to working with the football. Stankovic, Mihajlovic, Mendieta, Poborsky and Fernando Couto were all missing as they are on international duty with their respective national squads.

12.02.02 - LECCE TRAINING - Cimirotic returned to full training with the rest of the Lecce squad today, there's every chance of him being available for Sunday's game with Perugia but a final decision wil be made later this week. Balleri took part in some of today's exercises, Giorgetti trained in the gym, he's still suffering from a calf injury. There's a double training session planned for Wednesday. Popescu, Vugrinec and Pellicori are all away on international duty.

12.02.02 - MILAN TRAINING - Thomas Helveg has been forced to pull out of the Danish national squad with an ankle injury, he's doubtful for Saturday's game. Kaladze is fully fit and should be in the starting line-up.

12.02.02 - PARMA TRAINING - The Parma squad were enjoying a second day off from training today. Almeyda wil undergo a scan tomorrow in order to determine the extent of his injury. Cannavaro, Di Vaio, Sartor, Boghossian, Sukur, Marchionni and Bonazzoli are all away on international duty.

12.02.02 - PERUGIA TRAINING - The Perugia squad returned to training today but Tedesco is still suffering from some muscle trouble, it's doubtful if he'll be ready for next week's game, even through the squad badly need him. Gatti is away with te Azzurini Under-21 squad. Vryzas is away with the Greek national team.

12.02.02 - PIACENZA TRAINING - Cardone mised today's training session but Boselli did return to full training. Cristante and Mora look likely to make the starting eleven for next weekend's game.

12.02.02 - ROMA TRAINING - The Roma squad returned to training today but they didn't work too hard as there are several players still carrying injuries and others are away with their respective national squads. Batistuta was missing from today's session after being given permission to take the day off, Zago stayed at home after suffering from some 'flu symptoms. Antonioli and Cafu underwent some physiotherapy, Antonioli complaining of some pain in his right knee. Emerson is suffering from some muscle trouble and was given the day off in order to rest, though it was just a precautionary measure.

12.02.02 - TORINO TRAINING - The Torino squad returned to training today but Castellini and Martinelli are both away with Azzurini squads. There's another training session planned for tomorrow where Harvey Delano, a close friend of Clarence Seedorf's, will be given a 'trial'. Vergassola and Comotto will both be available for next week's game with Parma after missing last Sunday's game through disqualification.

12.02.02 - VENEZIA TRAINING - Santana took part in his first training session with his new team-mates today. Budan, Conteh and Bison carried out seperate training programmes from the others and Rukavina was missing. There's a friendly game against Polish side Wisla Cracow planned for Wednesday afternoon.

11.02.02 - VERONA TRAINING - Leonardo Colucci was missing from today's training session after picking up an injury during last Sunday's game. He'll be forced to miss the next few days training and is extremely doubtful for Sunday's game with Inter. Salvetti continued on his solo training programme but Teodorani trained with the others. Zanchi has also returned to training.
