  21.02.02 - INTER 3-1 AEK - Inter had to claw their way back after Zagorakis had given AEK an early lead in tonight's Uefa Cup tie but goals from Javier Zanetti, Mohammed Kallon and Nicola Ventola gave them a comfortable 3-1 vicotry in the end......Details
  21.02.02 - HAPOEL TEL AVIV 0-0 PARMA - Parma failed to get the valuable 'away goal' as they were held to a goalless draw in this afternoon's Uefa Cup tie with Hapeol Tel Aviv in Israel.......Details

  21.02.02 - ATALANTA TRAINING - Vinicio Espianal was given today off from training in order to rest. Paganin, Zenoni, Rossini and Cavalli all continued on their seperate training programmes, Paganin is definately out of Sunday's game against Lazio. Ousmane Dabo could be on the subs bench for Sunday's game.
  21.02.02 - BOLOGNA TRAINING - Bologna won today's friendly game against Ravenna 7-0 with the youngster Della Rocca scoring a hat-trick. Brioschi, Zaccardo, Nervo and Bellucci added the others. Guidolin used all of his available players at some point in the game, which had been arranged so that the coach could check on the condition of Beppe Signori, and although he didn't score, he did demonstrate his well being.
  21.02.02 - BRESCIA TRAINING - The Bologna squad took part in a brief practice match during this afternoon's training at Erbusco. Jonathan Bacchini resumed running exercises during today's training. He's been missing for the last few months due to hepatitis. There's another training session planned for tomorrow.
  21.02.02 - CHIEVO TRAINING - The Chievo squad played a friendly game against l'Ares today winning 8-0, Esposito scored twice, Beghetto, Marazzina, Corradi, Barone, Francescheini and Eriberto adding the others. Simone Perrotta didn't take part in the game but kept himself to a seperate training programme from the others.
  21.02.02 - FIORENTINA TRAINING - Morfeo and Nuno Gomes are both still 'doubtful' for Sunday's relegation battle, both players kept themselves to a seperate training regime from the others today. Vanoli missed training with some muscle trouble, he'll probably be forced to miss Sunday's game with Lecce.
  21.02.02 - LAZIO TRAINING - Lazio played a friendly game against Pericle today, winning 8-0 with Simone Inzaghi scoring four goals. Stefano Fiore took part in the game and he appears to have fully recovered from his injury and is therefore available for Sunday's game. Liverani played today, and he even scored, but he's likely to miss Sunday's game as he isn't 100% fit, his place will probably be taken by Giannichedda. Mendieta should also be in the starting line-up for Sunday, as should Peruzzi, even though the goalkeeper missed today's game.
  21.02.02 - LECCE TRAINING - Lecce won today's friendly against Martano 6-0, Chevanton scored a hat-trick, Cimirotic scored from the penalty spot, Colonello and Biliotti added the others. Gioregetti, Balleri and Rossi were al missing today. Savino looks likley to replace Stovini for Sunday's game.
  21.02.02 - MILAN TRAINING - Helveg appears to have recovered from his injury but will probably still miss Sunday's game with Venezia. Rui Costa is fit again and should be in Sunday's starting line-up.
  21.02.02 - PERUGIA TRAINING - Serse Cosmi is prefering to keep his plans for Saturday's game with Roma close to his chest, but it's thought that Ali Samereh could line-up alongside Bazzani in the firing line, as Vryzas is disqualified. Blasi, Tedesco, Di Loreto and Colombo are the only other certain starters.
  21.02.02 - PIACENZA TRAINING - Piacenza won today's friendly against their Primavera squad 9-0 with Hubner and Amauri both scoring hat-tricks. Cardone and Sacchetti kept to seperate training regimes today, Tosto was given the day off after suffering from some muscle fatigue.
  21.02.02 - ROMA TRAINING - Antonioli and Emerson were given the day off from training today, Antonioli has a cut on his right leg, Emerson is suffering from some muscle fatigue. Totti and Fuser both underwent physiotherapy, Fuser has some tendon trouble, Totti took a blow to his right tibia during Wednesday's game with Barcelona. Capello looks likely to rest Batistuta for Saturday night's Serie-A clash with Perugia. Zebina was forced off the field during Wednesday's game with some muscle trouble, his condition will still have to be assessed.
  21.02.02 - TORINO TRAINING - Once again Franco's knee injury prevented him from training today, he's certain to miss Sunday's Turin 'derby' . Garzya is suffering from some back problems and Venturin is recovering from a 'knock' so both players kept themselves on a seperate training programme today. Galante was given the afternoon off complaining of some pain, but it was just as a precautionary measure.
  21.02.02 - UDINESE TRAINING - Udinese's friendly game against the Primavera squad ended in a 0-0 draw, though the game was stopped early as it was proving to be a bit too tough on the youngsters. Jorgensen remains doubtful for Sunday's game as he is still carrying an ankle injury.
  21.02.02 - VENEZIA TRAINING - Magallanes and Valtolina returned to training today (Thursday) after missing Wednesday's friendly. The squad took part in some small practice matches and some athletic exercises today . Balleello was missing from today's training. Rukavina is stil undergoing physiotherapy. Lai kept to a seperate training programme. There's another training session planned for Friday afternoon.
  21.02.02 - VERONA TRAINING - Verona won today's friendly against the amateurs of Castelnuovo 4-0. Gonnella took part in the game for 30-minutes, he has a slight chance of making the starting line-up for Sunday's game. Ferron took part in some light training as he attempts to recover from last Sunday's injuries. Italiano and Giuseppe Colucci should both make the starting elevn for Sunday.
