The young Brazilian is suffering from some muscle fatigue and underwent some intensive massage treatment, he'll be forced to miss Sunday's game with Lazio. Fabiano picked up an injury to his right leg and he also missed today's training. Zenoni, Rossini and Paganin continued on their seperate training regimes as they recover from their respective injuries.

22.02.02 - BOLOGNA TRAINING - Julio Cruz returned to training with the rest of the Bologna squad today after taking yesterday off in order to rest, he'll be in the starting line-up for Sunday's game, possibly alongside Signori. Guidolin looks set to use almost the same starting eleven that beat Udinese last week, with the exception of Fresi returning the the centre of defence, with Falcone on the right flank. He has yet to make a decision on who will replace the disqualified Carlo Nervo, both Brioschi and Zaccardo are competing for his place.

22.02.02 - BRESCIA TRAINING - The Brescia squad undertook another training session today where they concentrated on practicing free-kicks. The youngster Caracciolo looks set to replace Salgado in partnering Luca Toni as 'twin strikers' for Sunday's game, the rest of the starting line-up should be the same as the team that drew with Roma last week.

22.02.02 - CHIEVO TRAINING - Simone Perrotta continued on a seperate training programme today as he attempts to recover from the injury he received in last week's game with Lazio. He won't be available for Sunday's game, his place looks likely to be taken by Barone.

22.02.02 - FIORENTINA TRAINING - The Fiorentina squad took a double training session today where Nuno Gomes and Domenico Morfeo both appear to be recovering well, both players could be fit enough to make the starting line-up for Sunday's game. Agostini also looks set to return but Vanoli and Benin will be missing.

22.02.02 - INTER TRAINING - The Inter squad returned to training today, with those players who took part in last night's game confining themselves to light exercises and some sprinting.   22.02.02 - JUVENTUS TRAINING - The Juve squad undertook another training session today under the watchful eye of Umberto Agnelli. Montero took part in some of today's training but it doesn't look as though he'll be able to make the starting line-up for Sunday's game, he should however be available for next week's Champions League clash with Deportivo.

22.02.02 - LAZIO TRAINING - Crespo trained alone today, though he's not suffering from anything serious so he should still be able to make the starting line-up for Sunday's game. Angelo Peruzzi did resume work with the rest of the squad after missing from yesterday's session.

22.02.02 - PERUGIA TRAINING - Serse Cosmi is still keeping his team selection a secret though it looks as though he willl use Ahn alongside Bazzani in attack, the Korean player replacing the disqualified Vryzas. Fabian O'Neill still doesn't appear to be fully fit so he will probably start on the subs bench.

22.02.02 - PIACENZA TRAINING - Cardone and Sacchetti wil both miss Sunday'sgame, Sommese is liekly to start in preference to Mora. Tosto and Caccia are both 'doubtful'.
