- LAZIO TRAINING - A
scan on Dejan
Stankovic's left thigh has revealed
some internal damage, he'll be forced
to miss Sunday's game with Venezia.
Crespo has returned to full training
with the rest of the squad. Castroman
is continuining to improve in his
condition. Favalli and Simone continued
on their seperate training regimes.

- LAZIO TRAINING - The
Lazio squad returned to training today
where Crespo, Castroman, Favalli and
Simeone were kept to a seperate training
programme from the others. Crespo
has a back problem, Castroman is still
suffering from some muscle trouble
in his right thigh,
Favalli has an injury to his left
thigh and Simeone is recovering from
a long term knee-injury. Negro, Cesar,
Gottardi and Gottardi were all missing
from today's session. Negro has an
injury to his left knee, Cesar has
an injury to his right clavicle, Gottardi
picked up an injury to his left thigh
during Sunday's game that could keep
him out of action for the next two
weeks. Dejan Stankovic is expected
to undergo a scan on his injured left
thigh on Wednesday morning.

Lazio squad were given the day off
in order to rest, they'll return to
training on Tuesday afternoon on order
to prepare for next weekend's Serie-A
game with Venezia. Crespo and Castroman
should be be available for Sunday's
game.

from Karel Poborksy gave some light
relief for Alberto Zaccheroni's Lazio
side today as Atalanta were left perilously

- LAZIO TRAINING - Hernan
Crespo hasn't made the trip to Atalanta
so Zaccheroni may be forced to play
Claudio Lopez as a lone striker as
Inzaghi is 'doubtful' for the game,
he's still carrying an ankle injury.
Mendieta is likely to replace the
injured Liverani. Fiore is likely
to play behind Lopez in a 4-4-1-1
formation.

trained alone today, though he's not
suffering from anything serious so
he should still be able to make the
starting line-up for Sunday's game.
Angelo Peruzzi did resume work with
the rest of the squad after missing
from yesterday's session.

- LAZIO TRAINING - Lazio
played a friendly game against Pericle
today, winning 8-0 with Simone Inzaghi
scoring four goals. Stefano Fiore
took part in the game and he appears
to have fully recovered from his injury
and is therefore available for Sunday's
game. Liverani played today, and he
even scored, but he's likely to miss
Sunday's game as he isn't 100% fit,
his place will probably be taken by
Giannichedda. Mendieta should also
be in the starting line-up for Sunday,
as should Peruzzi, even though the
goalkeeper missed today's game.
