returned to training with the rest
of the squad and looks set to start
in next Sunday's game at Parma. Club
captain Alessandro Nesta should feature
in this week's starting eleven but
Castroman is doubtful after cutting
a foot during yesterday's game with
Chievo.

- Giannichedda has recovered well
from his injury but Simone Inzaghi
still doesn't look 100%, though he
has left for Verona with the rest
of the squad. Mihajlovic is still
suffering from a problem with his
left knee
so he hasn't made the trip but two
of the Primavera players, Merondi
and Evacuo, have travelled.

- Giannichedda underwent a scan today,
where it was revealed that there is
no lasting damage to his right foot.
He is expected to be available for
Wednesday's re-scheduled game against
Chievo. Simone Inzaghi continues to
improve inhis condition and he should
also make the starting line-up for
Wednesday's game, as should Peruzzi.
The goalkeeper had to leave the field
of play at half-time during the game
agaisnt Torino as he was suffering
from a stomach problem.

- Both teams gave debuts to new players
in yesterday's game between Torino
and Lazio. Torino youngster Franco
came on as a late substitute in the
80th minute and Lazio's Evacuo replaced
Stefano Fiore in the 77th minute.
