Davids breaks through the left side of midfield, he gets into the box and goes down under a challenge but nothing is given

Davids breaks to the edge of the box again, he shoots but his effort is deflected off Repka for a corner on the left. The cross comes over and misses everybody, the Czech Republic get a throw-in on the far side

Stam plays a long ball forward and finds Kluivert, he heads on and finds Zenden, Kluivert gets the ball back but gives away a free-kick

10-minutes played and Holland carry the ball through the midfield, a free-kick is given to the Czech Republic as Koller is fouled by Cocu

Poborsky tries to beat van Bronkhorst down the right wing but he runs the ball out of touch

Davids plays a great ball out to van Bronkhorst as he attacks down the left, he's bundled off the ball by Laval but wins a corner. The cross comes over, Kluivert's shot is blocked, Bergkamp picks up the rebound but his effort is saved by Srnicek

Zenden runs through the midfield but he's pulled down by Latal

Zenden cuts insdie and finds Kluivert, he turns andshoots well, Srnicek saves but can't hold the ball, it falls to Zenden but Srnicek manages to save the rebound from Zenden, Holland win a corner. Davids finds Bergkamp in the box, he turns Gabriel and makes room for a shot, he drags the ball right across the face of the goal

Latal is down injured but Collina waves play-on. Holland get a free-kick by the right-hand corner-flag as Gabriel handles the ball. The free-kick is floated into the box and Srnicek punches the ball clear

Nedved receives a Yellow Card for shirt tugging on Edgar Davids, Holland get forward and win a corner on the right. The cross comes over and Koller heads the ball clear, Holland come back at the Czech Republic and win a throw-in

Srnicek hoofs a goal-kick up-field, Koller heads it on but the Dutch defence get the ball all the way back to van der Sar

30-minutes played and Kluivert plays the ball out wide to Seedorf on the right and Holland win a throw-in deep inside the Czech half, the ball is played into the box and Rada clears it behind for a corner. Nedved finds room on the left, he crosses into the box and Poborsky misses from 4-yards out with van der Sar beaten. Kluivert fouls Repka and the Czech Republic get a free-kick 35-yards out , it's played to the edge of the box, Smicer gets up well but his header goes just wide

Zenden gets down the left, he's brought down by Poborsky and Poborsky receives a Yellow Card. Stam tries a shot from the free-kick and forces a good save from Srnicek

Seedorf brings down Gabriel in midfield and the Czech Republic get a free-kick

Kluivet tries a run through the centre but he's crowded out by the Czech defence. Rosicky and Poborsky combine well down the right, Poborsky crosses but hits it too deep and the Dutch defence get the ball clear

Nemec gets a shot on target from a tight angle but it's comfortably saved by van der Sar

Koller and Neved combine well, Koller shoots and van der Sar saves at full stretch, Reiziger gets the ball away

A great cross comes over from the left, Nedved rises well and his header hits the post and is smothered on the line by van der Sar on the way down

Poborsky does well in midfield, beating three Dutch defenders, he's eventually fouled by Cocu. Poborsky puts the free kick to the edge of the box, Koller gets up well and his header hits the bar with the keeper beaten

Nedved puts a free-kick goal-bound, van der sar punches the ball behind for a corner to the Czech Republic. Nedved's cross is cut out at the near post

Davids and Bergkamp combine well, Repka and Davids clash, the referee pushes Repka away and a heated moment passes with Repka receiving a Yellow Card

Latal is replaced by Bejbl in the 69th minute as Stam receives some medial attention for an eye injury. Nedved and Frank de Boer clash heads and Nedved leaves the field to receive treatment as Jaap Stam has to have stitches in a cut over his left eye . Nedved returns to the action

Rada and Koller combine well, Rosicky gets down the right flank but fails to get his cross over, Holland break, Davids tries to run through the centre, he goes down but nothing is given

Nedved and Zenden both go down injured in midfield, Nedved needs treatment. Overmars replaces Zenden in the 77th minute as Nedved is carried off on a stretcher.

Davids tries a shot from outside the box but he skies it over the bar. Nedved returns to the action with his right arm heavily strapped

Overmars gets down the left, he crosses into th box, it's too deep but Ronald de Boer has his shirt pulled by Nemec and a penalty is given in the 89th minute

Frank de Boer hammers the ball into the bottom left hand corner of the net, sending the keeper the wrong way
