Rustu - Caught out badly on crosses and seemed uncertain throughout, made one good save from Inzaghi in the second-half

Umit - Didn't realy exploit his long throw-ins until mid-way through the second-half Replaced by Tugay in the 75th minute, fairly solid performance in defence

Tugay - Repaced Umit in the 75th minute but didn't make any impact on the game

Fatih - Fairly solid throughout, though unspectacular

Alpay - Defended well and showed good pace, coped well with the threat of Inzaghi

Ogun - Generally defended well, cleared oee off the line from Totti but gave away the penalty for a challenge on Inzaghi, who was going away from the goal at the time, though it was a harsh decision from the referee

Tayfun - Fair performance but allowed Zambrotta and Fiore to exploit gaps

Okan - Gradually crept into the game and found the confidence to get forward, scored the equalising goal with a great header from a free-kick. Repaced by Ergan in the 88th minute

Ergan - Replaced Okan in the 88th minute. Didn't have time to make an impact

Tayfur - Forced Toldo to make one good save in the second-half

Abdullah - Found out on several occassions in defence, got forward often enough but couldn't find a way through, tried a few shots but had a poor final touch

Sergen - Played well up-front , combining with Hakan Sukur to pose a threat to Italy Replaced by Arif in the 81st minute

Arif - Replaced Sergen in the 81st minute. Didn't have time to get into the game

Hakan Sukur - His strength posed a threat but he didn't ever really find a way through, found it hard to cope with Nesta
