-Greek clubs have gone on strike following the
collapse of a proposed TV deal. They are hoping
that the government will intervene.

-Bottom of the league Ioannina will be docked
3-points by the Union of Greek Football as they
have failed to clear debts of two million euros.
The club are currently pointless at the bottom
of the table.

- AEK Athens joined Olympiakos at the top of the
table with 10-points from their first four games
following their 1-0 away win over Xanthi today.

today, though their nearest rivals all have one

-Newly promoted Proodeytiki joined the three teams
at the top with 7-points following today's 1-1
draw with Xanthi.

- Iraklis, AEK Athens and Olympiakos all head

managed a 1-0 home win over Panathinaikos. Iraklis
