LECCE TRAINING - Chevanton took part
in today's training session but he
remains 'doubtful' for Sunday's game
with Atalanta. Giacomazzi looks to
be his likely replacement, playing
alongside Davor Vugrinec. Popescu
is ready to return to the starting
eleven, Stovini will replace the disqualified
Savino. The young Argentine player
Ledisma is expected to replace the
disqualified Piangarelli.

LECCE TRAINING - The Lecce squad travelled
to Atalanta this afternoon and they
'll take a training session tomorrow
morning. 20-players have been called
up to the squad, including the youngsters
Pellicori and Ledesma. Chevanton is
still suffering from the injury to
his left leg but he's hopeful of being
able to be in the starting eleven
for Sunday's game with Atalanta. Cimirotic
is still injured and hasn't made the
trip. Piangarelli and Savino are both
disqualifeid and they have both been
left behind.

- - LECCE TRAINING - Lecce won today's
friendly against Martano 8-0. Tonetto
and Conticchio both scored twice,
Vugrinec, Giacomazzi, Bojinov and
Pellicori added the others. Pellicori's
goal coming from the penalty spot.
Popescu played for the second half
of the game, Chevanton missed the
game but did manage to train alone,
he's
doubtful for Sunday's game. The squad
will leave for Bergamo on Friday morning.

- LECCE TRAINING - Popescu
returned to full training with the
rest of the squad today and took part
in a small practice match, he appears
to be fully fit. Chevanton is still
suffering from some pain in his left
leg. Cimirotic was allowed to rest,
though this was just as a precautionary
measure. The Lecce squad will take
a double training session on Thursday,
with training at Calimera in the morning
and a friendly game against the amateurs
of Martano in the afternoon.

- LECCE TRAINING - The
Lecce squad returned to training this
afternoon at Calimera where there
was a small 'in-house' practice match.
Chimenti, Coqu, Billy, Piangarelli,
Colonello, Biliotti, Cimirotic and
Cirolla all scored goals. Popescu
took part in some of today's work,
he should be able to return to training
with the rest of the squad
by Thursday. Chevanton should be available
for Sunday's game as he appears to
be recovering well from the injury
to his left leg. Giorgetti was missing,
he's still attending speacialist treatment
at Casteldebole. There's a double
training session planned for Wednesday
and a friendly game set for Thursday
afternoon.

Lecce squad are set to return to training
on Tuesday afternoon after taking
Monday off in order to rest. Popescu,
Chevanton and Biliotti will have their
respective conditions assessed but
all three are likely to be available
for next Sunday's game. Piangarelli
and Savino will both be disqualified
from next week's game but it's hoped
that Giorgetti will be fit again by
then. Superbi and Stovini both have
live chances of making the starting
eleven.

The Lecce squad took another training
session this morning, where Popescu
was forced to stop training with a
back injury, it's hard to see him
being available for Sunday's game.
Stovini looks likely to be his replacement
with Silvestri and Malusci also being
available. Giacomazzi and Chevanton
have both been included in the squad
with three Primavera players, Billy,
Ledesma and Pellicori also being called
up.

gym today,

Malesci will be his replacement if
he can't make it. Chimenti, Bilioti
and Giacomazzi all returned to full

today, though Giacomazzi is still
suffering from a slight foot injury.

The Lecce squad took part in some
tactical training this morning, followed
in the afternoon by a friendly game
against a local team of amateurs from
Via del Mar, where they ran out 4-0
winners. Cimirotic, Piangarelli, Bojinov
and Pivotto scoring the goals. Giacomazzi
and Chevanton both played part of
the match, Chimenti missed the game,
though this was just a precautionary
measure, Giorgetti is still missing
through injury. Biliotti and Popescu
were both missing with back problems.
Popescu is 'doubtful' for Sunday's
game with Roma, he could be replaced
by Malusci. There's another training
session planned for Friday afternoon.
