Passes Test ! - Arsenal look likely to risk playing Tony Adams in
their vital Premiership clash on Sunday. Adams played in yesterday's
friendly game against Norwich and lasted 45-minutes without feeling
any adverse effects.

Fined ! - Arsenal midfielder Emmanuel Petit has been fined £5,000
after making an obscene gesture at Aston Villa supporters. Petit claimed
that he had been the victim of racial abuse from the Villa fans but
was lucky to escape without a ban.

Youth Cup ! - Arsenal's youth team progressed to the final of the
F.A Youth Cup after drawing 1-1 with Middlesbrough at the Riverside
Stadium last night, Arsenal winning the tie 2-1 on aggregate. Jeremy
Robinson opened the scoring for Middlesbrough but Graham Barrett levelled
the game for Arsenal before half time . Arsenal will play Coventry in
the final, which will be held over two legs.

Game ! - Arsenal have scheduled a friendly game against Norwich
City today at their Colney training ground. The game will be played
behind closed doors and Arsenal are using it to assess the match fitness
of Nwankwo Kanu, Davor Suker and Tony Adams.

Linked ! - Wimbledon's Northern Ireland winger Michael Hughes is
being linked with a move to Arsenal.

Ultimatum ! - PSV Eindhoven stiker Ruud van Nistlerooy has issued
an ultimatum to the Premiership clubs who are being liked to him,Cheslea,
Arsenal and Manchester United. Van Nistlerooy has said he will sign
a new improved contract with PSV if a firm offer from England doesn't
come in for him very quickly. He will stay in Holland for another year
if he hasn't signed for another club by May 1st.

Is Not Joining The Hammers ! - Harry Redknapp, the West Ham United
coach, has dismissed any speculation that Croatian striker Davor Suker,
currently playing with Arsenal, will be joining West Ham at the end
of the season. Suker is unlikely to have his 1-year contract at Highbury
extended and has publicly declared his intention to join West Ham, though
Rednapp has denied any knowledge of the impending move.

award in Germany following his offer to replay last season's controversial

Transfer Rumours ! - Ronald and Frank de Boer have been linked to
Arsenal in a proposed swop deal that wil take Marc Overmars to Barcelona.
The proposed deal would also involve Arsenal forking out around £4m.
The de Doer brothers have found it difficult to gain regular places
in the Barcelona first team. Another Spanish striker, Ismael Urzaia
of Athletic Bilbao, has also been linked to a move to Highbury even
though the player has said that he wants to fininsh his playing career
at Bilbao, despite failing to gain a regular first team place there.

Stadium ! - Islington Council were expected to give Arsenal the
green light today for redevelopment plans of an area of waste ground
into a brand new stadium. The budget fo rthe proposals is in the region
