Called Up ! - Leeds midfielder Stephen McPhail has been included
in the Ireland squad for their international game against Greece on
April 26th.

Links ! - Leeds United are being linked with summer moves for Robbie
Fowler and Steve McManaman. McManaman has three years left on his contract
with Real Madrid and the pair could cost up to £22m. Leeds are
also being reported as about to re-sign Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink from
Atletico Madrid. Hasselbaink is currently the top scorer in the Primera
League despite Atletico lying in second from bottom place in the league
table and seem destined to be relegated.

Galatasaray
Will Abide By UEFA Decision ! - Galatasaray have agreed to abide
with any decision UEFA take over allowing their fans into Elland Road
for next week's UEFA Cup tie. Leeds have threatened to ban all visiting
supporters following the death of two of their supporters in Istanbul
last week and it had been presumed that Galatasaray may boycott the
return leg if their fans are not permitted to travel to the game.

Vent Their Anger ! - Leeds United have vented their anger at Galatasaray
and accused the Turkish club of failing to show any compassion after
the death of two Leeds United fans in Istanbul last week. Peter Risdale,
the Leeds Chairman, has told Galatasaray to pull out of the UEFA Cup
if they are not happy with their suporters being banned from Elland
Road for the return leg. Risdale said "Galatasaray have been trying
to find any means possible to get through to the final without having
to kick a football".
