Paulo is expected to replace the disqualified
Pinzi for Sunday's game with Fiorentina.
Martinez is a likely starter, with
Nomvete on the subs bench. Di Michele
and Muzzi are likely to be employed
as 'twin strikers'. Pieri should be
on the left flank. De Sanctis appears
to have recovered from his injury
and could now go on the bench.

has picked up an injury to his right
knee
ligaments just days after returning
to training after appearing to have
recovered from some long term muscle
problems. Morgan De Sanctis has a
back injury that will keep him out
of Sunday's game with Fiorentina.
Mohammed Gargo and Iaquinta are both
expected to return to full training
with the rest of the squad some time
next week.

will play a friendly game against
Rivignano on Thursday afternoon, where
the condition of Di Michele will be
assessed. Sosa is expected to play
in tomorrow's friendly after missing
the last three months of the Championship.
Jorgensen, Gargo and Iaquinta will
miss the game.

has the Brescia game on March 30th
as his target to return to action.
Gargo will miss next week's game against
Fiorentina. Iaquinta is attempting
to rregain his fitness but won't be
available until the end of the week
at the earliest. There's a double
training session planned for Wednesday
with a friendly planned for Thursday.

picked up an ankle injury during Sunday's
defeat by Atalanta but he's expected
to be available for next week's clash
with Fiorentina. Pinzi will miss next
week's match after picking up a Yellow
Card on Sunday, his place is likely
to be taken by Marcos Paulo, Di Michele
is also expected to be back in the
starting line-up. Jorgensen will be
out of action for another three weeks.

Iaquinta is 'doubtful' he's stil continuing

today, he's not expected to even make
the squad
for Sunday.

afternoon against an Eccellenza team
from l'Azzanese. Gargo looks certain
to be ruled out of Sunday's clash

Turci missed today's training session
as he's suffering from an attack of
'flu. Pinzi has a stomach problem
and also missed training but both
players are expected back for Sunday's
game. Di Michele and Iaquinta kept
themselves on a seperate training
programme from the other, both could
make the squad for Sunday. There's
a friendly game against Azzenese planned
for Thursday afternoon.

Udinese squad are expected to return
to training on Tuesday where the respective
conditions of Gargo, Di Michele and
Iaquinta will be assessed. Di Michele
and Iaquinta should both be able to
recover in time for Sunday's game,
Gargo is still 'doubtful'. Despite
being forced out of Sunday's game
at thalf-tiem Martin Jorgensen's injury
doesn't appear too serious and he
should be available for Sunday.

defender Maurizio Bedin received a
mysterious white powder through the
post and it's caused an anthrax scare.
The Fire Department and the Police
were called to his home and the substance
has been taken away to be examined.

moved back to the top of the table,
joint top with Roma, with a comprehensive
3-2 victoy over Udinese at the San
Siro this afternoon. The close scoreline
somewhat flattered the visitors, as
although Udinese flatttered to decieve,
the result was never really in doubt

he's out of the squad for Sunday's
game but Pineda could be included
from the start. Ventura
may choose to play three strikers,
Mussi, Nomvete and Jorgensen. The
defence wil be the same as that which
lost to Bologna last week.

- UDINESE TRAINING - Jorgensen
appears to have fully recovered from
the injury to his right ankle that
he received during Thursday's friendly
against the Primavera squad. It now
looks as
though he'll be available for Sunday's
game and he could be used as a twin
striker alongside Muzzi, replacing
Di Michele in the starting line-up.
Iaquinta and Pineda are both suffering
from some muscle troubles and neither
of them will be in the squad, Pieri
is likely to play on the left flank.

squad ended in a 0-0 draw, though
the game was stopped early as it was
proving to be a bit too tough on the
youngsters. Jorgensen remains doubtful
