VENEZIA TRAINING - Bettarini
has been included in the squad for
today's game but remains a 'doubtful'
starter as he's still carrying a calf
injury. He faces a late fitness test,
with Cvitanovic waiting in the wings
to take his place. Magni has Bressan
and Andersson as likely starters in
midfield
with Pablo Garcia and Valtolina on
the bench.

VENEZIA TRAINING - Following
a scan on his injury club doctors
have given Rukavina the all clear
to increase his workload. He'll undergo
further tests next week. Bettarini
was forced to stop training today
after picking up a slight calf injury.
Viali and Valtolina both appear to
have recovered from the injuries that
forced them to miss Thursday's friendly.

- - VENEZIA TRAINING - Venezia
played a friendly game against some
of the club's youngsters today and
the first team ran out 5-0 winners.
Rossi and Budan both p;layed for the
'juniors'. Di Napoli scored twice
in the second half, Maniero, Di Franceschi
and Magallanes scored on e each in
the first half. Viali and Valtolina
kept themselves to a seperate training
regime. Viali is suffering from a
toe injury. Rukavina continued to
undergo some physiotherapy.

- VENEZIA TRAINING - Magallanes
and Rossi both returned to training
today, as did Conteh and Bressan.
Rukavina continued to undertake physiotherpy
treatment today, his condition will
be re-evaluated on Thursday and it's
hoped that he'll be able to return
to training with the rest of the squad.
There's a friendly game against the
Primavera squad planned for tomorrow
afternoon .

- VENEZIA TRAINING - Magallanes
and Rossi were both given today off
from training for personal reasons.
Conteh and Bressan worked on seperate
training programmes from the others,
Conteh picked up an ankle injury during
Sunday's game, Bressan received a
blow to his thigh. Rukavina is due
to undergo a scan on his torn thigh
muscle on Wednesday morning, where
the rest of the squad will take a
double training session.

- VENEZIA TRAINING - The
Venezia squad are set to return to
training on Tuesday afternon, where
they will start their preperations
for next Sunday's game with Brescia.
Pavan
has finished his suspension and is
available for next week's game. Pablo
Garcia should have recovered from
his 'flu symptoms and is expected
to be available for selection.

has convened 19-players for the trip
to Rome to face Lazio. Bilica is ready
to return to the first team after
missing last week's game through disqualifiecation,
with Viali returning to the defence.
Bressan should start in preference
to Valtolina, Pablo Garcia has been
left behind but Primavera player Valentino
Lai has been called to the squad.
Donnet should start on the subs bench.

Garcia will miss Sunday's game, he
took part in some training today but
he's still suffering from a high temperature.
Bettarini and Bressan are both available
again, Viali is expected to replace
the disqualified Pavan.

- VENEZIA TRAINING - Venezia
ran out 8-0 winners when they played
a friendly game against their Primavera
squad today. In the first half Maniero
scored a penalty, Magallanes added
another.
Di Napoli and Valtolina both scored
twice in the second-half with Vannucchi
and Donnet scoring one each. Pablo
Garcia missed the game, he's still
suffering from a high temperature.
Bettarini was missing with gastro-enteritis.
A scan on Rukavina's injury has revealed
that the 'tear' is healing well but
he's going to be unavailable for a
few more days. There's another training
session planned for tomorrow afternoon.
